Day-to-DayInsight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This person will be joining the digital e-commerce marketing group for our client. This person will be responsible for the following tasks:1. Efficient in triaging escalations : Review newly reported issues and escalations (Customer complaints, Regulatory Escalations, Internal Audit Team findings) and needed resolution2. Prioritize : Determine urgency to meet the SLAs on each reported escalation by systems impacted, uimpacted and prioritize the ones need immediate attention3. Root cause Analysis:Deep dive into complex issues by navigating systems and applicationsReview recent deployments, code releasesInterview product teams and architecture teams to understand flow of events/data between applicationsReproduce the issue in lower / production environments4. Troubleshoot:Collaborate with Product and Development teams to identify bugsEnsure necessary fix is applied/added to backlog to fixEscalating to vendors or third party support when necessary5. Communication and Reporting:keep stakeholder informed of all reported issues and status on a weekly / daily basisClear and concise communication about issue, impacts and root causeEstimated time to resolveProgress updates and resolution on escalation before closure6. Documentation:Maintain confluence page/Jira issues to track all reported issuesSteps taken during research and troubleshooting processResolution and any preventive ensure taken to avoid similar escalations in futures
The rate would be between 40-60/hr.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
The rate would be between 40-60/hr.
