Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Lead Product Manager - Reporting Agreement Intelligence, you will lead company-wide efforts to develop the vision, strategy, roadmap and priorities for a critical component of Docusign - Unified Intelligent Reporting. You will create new features that take reporting across different product lines and leverage innovations in AI/ML to deliver a robust insights platform that will drive top-level revenue and other business outcomes. You will lay the foundation for a recommendation engine that can identify the right sets of key agreement data to drive business insights. You will be an expert in customer problems and end-to-end user journeys around driving actionable insights from agreements and create a roadmap aligned to both. You will mentor junior members of the team to support their continued career growth. You will champion a product management culture that focuses on customer success, delivering impact, data-driven decision making and fast yet diligent execution.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management.ResponsibilityLead the strategy and roadmap for Reporting Agreement Intelligence across Docusign with clear focus on driving business resultsEvaluate business opportunities and bring to market innovative product capabilities that provide differentiated solutions and experiences to Docusign customersCollect customer feedback and partner with Research team to identify and validate customer problems around deriving insights from AgreementsLeverage quantitative data to drive product roadmap decisionsWork cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Legal and Support to define product vision, gather requirements, execute on the feature and drive product launchesParticipate in attracting, mentoring, and developing a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managersPresent product strategy to teams and executive leaders to get feedback and agreementInfluence effectively without authority in and outside of the Product teamJob DesignationHybrid:
