Head of Strategic Partnerships
TriEdge Investments, Miami, Florida, us, 33222
About Us
We’re fixing one of the most broken systems and imminent crises in the US healthcare system: nursing homes.
By 2030, every Baby Boomer (20% of Americans) will be 65 or older and the expected demand for senior living solutions will break our infrastructure’s capacity. Over $200B is spent each year in nursing homes yet 65% operate at a loss, and more than half are forced to deny entry and care because of staffing shortages and workflow inefficiencies.
Nursing homes are the hardest operational challenge in healthcare, but also the most strategic. They sit at the center between hospitals and homecare and make up that largest burden of medical spend in our system.
That’s why at Brea, we’re rethinking senior care. We’re focused on building the next frontier of AI-first operating systems for healthcare, starting with nursing homes. Our mission is to give clinicians the tools they need to provide our seniors with a more dignified experience in their twilight years.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale our partnerships at Brea. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build our business development function from the ground up, transforming partnerships into a key growth engine for the company. You’ll be responsible for expanding our pipeline, closing deals, and fostering strong, long-term relationships across the industry. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a critical role in securing and integrating new partnerships that drive business success.
What You’ll Do:
Manage our partnership pipeline. Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships across a wide range of verticals.
Develop and implement pricing strategies across different kinds of partnerships.
Collaborate with the product team to understand and communicate the product capabilities and requirements.
Handle the partnership process start to finish - from building out partner decks, to negotiating contracts, to tracking and reporting on partner engagement.
Monitor the industry landscape, keeping a close watch on competitors, partners, and trends to inform Brea’s strategic roadmap and stay ahead of the market.
Who you are:
You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships/business development, GTM role, preferably within the B2B health tech space (ideally startup environments).
Skilled at working with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and scale partnerships over time.
You are skilled at analyzing industry trends, understanding customer needs.
You think out of the box, have a start-up mentality with comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You’re great with people, know how to communicate well and build relationships.
You’re open to travel as needed to customer and partner sites.
Benefits:
100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you. Partially covered for your dependents.
401(k) matching program while employed with us.
Flexible PTO.
Parental leave.
Professional Growth: We know the value of coaching and prioritize personal and professional development. We have a coach on-site; we spot talent and are committed to the growth of our people.
Pay transparency:
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $180,000 to $219,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, location, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, ranging from 0.8%-2%; and employee benefits. Given our funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
Please note:
We’re looking for team members to join our in-person culture in one of our beautiful offices in Hudson Yards, NYC or Miami, FL. Our ideal schedule is working 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remote.
