Hospital employment.Family Practice Compensation ModelThe following is a list of the compensation and benefits to be included in an employment contract:Term: Twenty-Four (24) MonthsBase Compensation: $172,500 Base Salary (higher with experience)Productivity Package: WRVU's > 4800 (MGMA Median) Paid at $33.00Health Insurance: Covered by the PracticeDisability Insurance: $6,000 per Year for Documented ExpensesDues/Membership/CME Fees: $5,000 per year for Documented ExpensesMalpractice Liability: Covered for Active Physicians; Tail Prorated Based on Length of ServicePersonal Leave: 4 weeks (20 days) Paid Time off for Sick/Vacation Time and 7 HolidaysCME Leave: 2 weeks (10 days) Paid Time Off for Educational PurposesPension Plan: 401(k) With a 4% Match capped at IRS LimitSign On Bonus: $15,000Education Assistance: $20,000Located within easy driving distance to major urban centers including Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Columbus.
