Blackstone LaunchPad's Summer Analyst Program is 10 weeks in length and will provide participants broad exposure to the Firm. The LaunchPad Program offers Summer Analysts experiential learning opportunities to improve technical and soft skills. In addition to the role, LaunchPad Summer Analysts will participate in LaunchPad professional development programing with innovations skills-based content and professional and peer networking through the summer to develop their growth mindset, creativity, critical thinking, and leadership.

Job Description:

The LaunchPad Summer Analyst will support the Blackstone Career Pathways team and their responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:

Conducting research on training providers, content and best practices in workforce development to inform the development of training curriculumSupporting the development of standardized pre and post assessments and data collection pointsSupporting the analysis of portfolio company workforce dataConducting research and reviewing existing documentation to build resources and playbooks on inclusive practices (e.g., building perspectives on the intersection of AI and equity and inclusion)Project managing team activities and internal project plan (e.g., weekly check-in meetings, raising risks and dependencies)Synthesizing understanding of program offerings to develop and present a project that includes meaningful insight, engagement and / or outcomes.Qualifications:

Experience working with and analyzing large data setsPublic speaking or facilitation experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated organizational, time management, and planning skillsExperience conducting comprehensive research / analysis and developing concise points of view and reporting based on researchAbility to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projectsRequirements

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate studentOpen to all majorsAnticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 - Spring 2026Resume must include expected graduation month / yearThe 2025 LaunchPad Summer Analyst Program is an experiential program. An experiential role is designed to provide valuable knowledge and does not have the opportunity for an offer of employment at the conclusion of the program. Blackstone can never guarantee an offer of employment following the completion of one of our programs. Being selected to participate in this year's LaunchPad Summer Analyst Program does not preclude applicants from applying to other opportunities with Blackstone.

Expected annual base salary range:

$70,000 - $70,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
