Partnering with many of the world's largest private banks and wealth management firms, Blackstone's Private Wealth Solutions team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone's alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.
Program Description
Blackstone LaunchPad's Summer Analyst Program is 10 weeks in length and will provide participants broad exposure to the Firm. The LaunchPad Program offers Summer Analysts experiential learning opportunities to improve technical and soft skills. In addition to the role, LaunchPad Summer Analysts will participate in LaunchPad professional development programing with innovations skills-based content and professional and peer networking through the summer to develop their growth mindset, creativity, critical thinking, and leadership.
Blackstone's LaunchPad program is a unique experience among financial firms, enabling analysts to gain exposure to aspects of the private wealth industry. Within PWS, the LaunchPad Intern will be focused on supporting several areas of PWS in capacities ranging from fund development and capital raising to product management and business analytics.
Key Responsibilities Include
Supporting our client management teams with fund due diligence, onboarding, market intelligence, and fund raising.Analyzing business/market trends and providing targeted prospecting guidance to sales and service teams.Performing analyses and assisting with financial reporting of PWS's results to senior management.Creating and managing updates for marketing materials used within the business.Supporting the learning & development platform, global programs, and company culture initiatives for PWS employees.Qualifications

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate studentAnticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 - Spring 2027Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPAResume must be in PDF formatThe 2025 LaunchPad Summer Analyst Program is an experiential program. An experiential role is designed to provide valuable knowledge and does not have the opportunity for an offer of employment at the conclusion of the program. Blackstone can never guarantee an offer of employment following the completion of one of our programs. Being selected to participate in this year's LaunchPad Summer Analyst Program does not preclude applicants from applying to other opportunities with Blackstone.

Expected annual base salary range:
$70,000 - $70,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
