Job Title:2025 Blackstone LaunchPad Summer Analyst - Human Resources (Experiential)

Blackstone LaunchPad's Summer Analyst Program is 10 weeks in length and will provide participants broad exposure to the Firm. The LaunchPad Program offers Summer Analysts experiential learning opportunities to improve technical and soft skills. In addition to the role, LaunchPad Summer Analysts will participate in LaunchPad professional development programing with innovations skills-based content and professional and peer networking through the summer to develop their growth mindset, creativity, critical thinking, and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:•Support the HR Operations team to work closely across Blackstone's Recruiting efforts to oversee and help facilitate the onboarding of all US new hires•Provide transactional support for other business process transactions in Workday, including transfers, job changes and other updates to employee data•Support Talent Development to design and deliver firmwide professional development initiatives, including program coordination, instructional design, marketing, needs analysis, vendor management, evaluation, event support, etc.•Assist Talent Development with analysis and tracking of program feedback and attendance, in addition to other ad-hoc projects•Assist Blackstone's global Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team in executing initiatives and programs, including in-person and virtual events supporting Blackstone's Employee Resource Groups and recruiting efforts•Support HR Analytics team with periodic reporting deliverables•Work across HR/SIG functional areas to continue to refine and improve other HR processes as needed

Qualifications:•Highly organized and analytical with strong attention to detail•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Resourceful self-starter and solution oriented•Strong team player; must develop relationships across all levels and throughout global HR team•Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize•Ability to synthesize data, identify key themes, and propose solutions•Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint•Ability to deal with confidential and highly sensitive information•Professionalism•Engaged and active team contributor during meetings•Proactive and thoughtful in asking questions

Expected annual base salary range:$70,000-$70,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
