A well-known consulting organization is seeking a confident, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to gain exposure to finance and corporate operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to several executives, with a focus on complex calendar management, coordinating both personal and business travel, and event planning (on-site and off-site).Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution and follow-through.Manage scheduling and communication across various departments and externally with clients, vendors, and partners.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Prepare and submit expense reports for several executives, tracking them to completion.Proactively anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks without prompting, ensuring deadlines are met.Requirements:Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business or Finance, with a strong academic track record.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, as well as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.High level of motivation, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
