Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Department Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting License: Active Compact License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - BLS- ACLS- PALS Job Description: - Position for a Travel RN in the Emergency Department with a mandatory experience of at least two years in a hospital setting.- The unit has 50 cardiac-monitored beds and an 8-bed Rapid Treatment Area.- The staff comprises approximately 120 members, including charge nurses (CN), RNs, Emergency Department Technicians (EDTs), and medics.- Patient ratios are typically 4:1, with necessary equipment including GE cardiac monitoring and Meditech EMR system.- Preferred qualifications include TNCC and ENPC certifications and previous experience in similar facilities.- Candidates should exhibit a positive, teamwork-oriented, and flexible personality.- No floating to other areas; must be available to work on weekends; no on-call requirement.- Dress code requires navy scrubs.
