Collaborate with digital product managers, business system owners, and users to capture business requests and translate them into specifications for software and data warehouse applicationsFunction as a liaison between the DPM, business users, data engineers, and QA analysts to implement software solutions that realize business goalsAnalyze data structures and models, collaborate with technical teams, ensure data quality, facilitate testing and training, and drive continuous improvement in all reporting requirementsDevelop technical requirement documents as well as technical specifications for the data engineering teamsRequirements gathering from the business users as well as developing system specifications for projects, enhancements, and bugs/issuesWhat's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field plus 3 to 5 years related experienceIn-depth knowledge of ISS, ISO, Workers Compensation Data Calls, and other insurance regulatory reporting requirementsExperience in understanding data call guides and statistical plans from data collection organizations and evaluating the company's data to meet these requirementsAdvanced knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance business domain including underwriting, premium processing, claims, reinsurance, and financeProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL querying, data profiling, data visualization in Power BIWhat's in it for me?
