Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $42 - 43 per hourOur client is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Ad Standards to join their Standards and Practices team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all advertising, sponsorships, and partner marketing across their various platforms comply with federal regulations, industry requirements, and self-regulatory best practices for children's media.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of advertising standards, especially related to children's media, and will play a key role in supporting our client's ad sales business by reviewing scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, and final advertisements for all platforms. This individual will also review digital ad sales materials, marketing proposals, and participate in team coverage for live events and multi-platform initiatives. Responsibilities:Review and clear advertising creative for compliance with FTC, FCC, CARU, MPA, and ESRB guidelines.Ensure all advertising complies with federal regulations, industry requirements, and best practices for children's media.Collaborate with ad sales teams to review scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, and final ads across linear, digital, social, and gaming platforms.Participate in daily review of commercial logs, digital ad sales materials, and marketing pitches for multi-platform initiatives.Provide clear, timely, and creative solutions to ensure client relationships and business outcomes are strengthened.Actively contribute to live event coverage and review of partner marketing for special events.Stay updated on regulatory guidelines, and provide guidance to internal teams on any changes that may affect the clearance process.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedBachelor's Degree required.3-5 years of experience in advertising, media, or a related field.Strong knowledge of FTC, FCC, CARU, MPA, and ESRB guidelines.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation abilities and good editorial judgment.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently.Proficiency with industry databases, such as MediaVu, MediaQ, Extreme Reach, and Wide Orbit.Strong computer skills (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).Desired Qualifications:Knowledge of the children's media industry and associated regulations is preferred.At least 3 years of experience in children's media or advertising. JOBID: 1069412#LI-CELLA#LI-SB1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
