Pay: $30 per hour
Benefits:
New hourly full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week, will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off ("PTO") in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year.
Full-Time team members are eligible for 7 paid holidays annually.
Part-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Sick Leave in accordance with state guidelines.
All team members 21 years and older are eligible to participate in the J.F. Shea Co., Inc. 401(k) plan after completion of 30 days of service.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for providing first class service while transporting members and guests to and from assigned destinations. This position reports to the General Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using club vehicle.Document all trips prior to the start of and at the end of each trip.Park vehicle in designated location when not in use.Inspect club vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Check tire pressure and fluid levels for club vehicle and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs.Document all club vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.Respect all vehicles and drive with caution; immediately report any safety issues or accidents to a supervisor.Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Must be highly customer oriented and responsive with high need for closure.Able to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.Strong team-building skills including the ability to lead, cooperate, and motivate.Must be role model and able to live our BlueStar core values:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.CDL Required.Must meet the legal minimum age requirement, according to the Club's insurance policy and have a clean driving record.Must be a careful and confident driver with the ability to drive a variety of cars and be trained in driving a manual vehicle.Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities.Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with team members and the public.Must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently with little supervision.Must demonstrate initiative, with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.Must have good time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.This position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.Valid Class B with Passenger Endorsement driver's license is required.Proficient driving in winter mountain conditions
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position operates in an outdoor environment with exposure to weather conditions, and occasionally native wildlife.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
