As a Technical Advisor, you will engage directly with a global network of owners, operators, and maintainers, ensuring their needs are met swiftly and effectively. This is a 3rd shift position.

Additionally, the Technical Advisor will:Conduct in-depth research on engine maintenance and produce clear, technically accurate reports that drive informed decision-making.Collaborate with our Repair Station and Product Support teams to coordinate engine maintenance activities, ensuring seamless operations.Provide hands-on engine maintenance instruction to service center technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.Perform fleet analysis alongside a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our product support initiatives.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience is requiredStrong problem-solving skills including a proactive approach to resolving challengesPrevious experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is preferred (Pilot, A&P, Engineer, or other technical roles).Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex informationU.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if necessaryCandidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
