Description

Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage design-build industrial warehouse and office space projects from conception to completion.
  • Oversee all project phases, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to meet project objectives.
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic direction.
  • Utilize Procore software to manage construction documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and success.

Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing design-build projects, ideally with industrial/warehouse backgrounds.
  • Strong experience using Procore for project management.
  • Willingness to travel (30% out of state) to projects in New York and Pennsylvania.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality results in complex, fast-paced environments.
