TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global insurance firm to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support members of the C-suite. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Coordinating and maintaining executives calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional experience.Accurately entering and updating information in databases and spreadsheets.Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.Supporting various administrative projects and tasks as assigned by management.Assisting with a variety of office management responsibilities as needed.Requirements:Proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting senior executives.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Position pays a base salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
