As an Administrative Assistant at Messa Sync, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting management, and assisting with general office duties. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for executives.Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.Provide general support to visitors and clients.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other office activities.Perform other administrative duties as required.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or in related fields are a plus.Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.Benefits
