About the Role

Impact you will make

The Salesforce Developer Senior will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. The Salesforce Developer Senior will take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset.

What you will do

Serve as the subject matter expert for technical and solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex Salesforce environments

Work effectively individually but also collaborate with others to develop a successful and scalable solution

Take direction from project team members and immediate supervisor, but take initiative and show leadership when appropriate

Take direction from Technical Architect, design, and architect from high-level user stories and implement a solution to completion without direct supervision

Develop software solutions on Salesforce.com API framework and 3rd party APIs

Design, develop and configure Community cloud solutions using the full Salesforce toolset including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, triggers, process builder, CSS, etc.

Develop the following on the Salesforce platform

Lightning Components

SLDS CSS framework

Apex

Triggers

Visualforce

Batch and Future patterns

SOAP and REST Web Services

Perform unit testing and defect fixes

Ad hoc analysis and conduct research projects as needed

Support AppExchange applications on site as well as through App Vendor

What you will bring

6+ years Salesforce development experience

4+ years' experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery

Experience working in a complex Salesforce Environment that includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Community, Pardot and multiple managed packages from multiple vendors

Ability to demonstrate senior level proficiency in SOQL

SFDC architecture experience

SFDC Platform Developer I Certification

Successfully developed and delivered within an Agile/Scrum Team environment

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines to ensure the success of the team as a whole and understands impact analysis on priority of work

Ability to adjust to changing priorities

Ability to proficiently facilitate meetings and conduct briefings

Strong technical writing abilities

Organizational, time management and planning skills

Advanced multi-disciplinary troubleshooting abilities

Strong interpersonal and partnership skills

Ability to work independently and as a team player

Ability to build scalable solutions that require minimal future support

Ability to represent professionally via Video Conferencing with team and business partners alike
