POSITION SUMMARYThe Talent Acquisition Specialist at 10X Health is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent who align with our company's Mission, Vision, and Values. This individual will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including creating tailored job descriptions, conducting high-volume virtual interviews, and proactively maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with hiring managers, providing expert guidance, and serving as a strategic advisor to ensure hiring decisions support broader business objectives.Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging data to optimize recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience at every touchpoint, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
