We are a rapidly growing tech company in the insurance industry, known for our innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SmartFinancial, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best and brightest talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.The compensation for this position is $67k-$100k annually.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with hiring managers.Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Minimum Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.What we offer:
