We are looking for solutions-oriented Senior financial business analyst to join and grow with this creative and strategic team, bringing business acumen to scale the operations behind our expanding network of channels and pages on platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
This role will play a critical role in reporting financial & business insights that enable our network to scale and deliver value. This role requires not only an organized and analytical mindset to streamline workflows, but also a curious and innovative thinker who is interested in solving new business opportunities in the digital media space.
You will become part of a nimble, fast-paced content programming team, focused on driving commercial and consumer growth across the network as it expands. We are always evolving, always learning, and extremely passionate about film, television, and what's next for digital video.
RESPONSIBLITIES
Financial Planning - Timely tracking and preparation of quarterly viewing forecasts, commercial ad sales forecasts, and partner-generated revenue. Partnering with our Finance and Accounting teams for continuous improvement, standardization and simplification of the process
Insights & Reporting

Extract data and insights from the repertoire of in-house and external tools, platforms & dashboards to answer business questions ranging from audience insights, content performance & trends, market analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and measurement / ROI to enable informed and timely decisions by various stakeholders
Scalable Workflows & Reporting - Establish and streamline operational and financial processes, workflows, and reporting that drive efficiency and growth across the global network
Content Research & Planning - Identify content opportunities to exploit and recommend distribution plans that maximize IP value across our network and partnerships
Stakeholder and Partner Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio management, data solutions, content development, sales, marketing, content protection, content licensing, and legal, to connect AVOD business value to the rest of the studio
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Strategy, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting Economics, or Data Analytics from an accredited university4+ years of industry experience in Finance, Operations, Sales, Sales Planning, Business Analysis, or Research, OR 2+ years in Management Consulting4+ years financial planning and producing business facing insights and reportsSKILLS
Financial planning and or/ reporting, models and processes with experience.Proficiency in developing and presenting data insights and analysisAbility to draw well-integrated conclusions and tell a cohesive story from insights and analyses, with the ability to develop and present PowerPoint decksDesire to identify and solve problems to achieve new business opportunitiesStrong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, an inquisitive mindset, and ability to think strategicallyGreat team player, willingness to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersDemonstrate knowledge of key business metrics (calculations, meaning and impact)Strong initiative and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with YouTube Analytics & Creator Studio and Facebook Business Manager & Creator Studio. Experience with CPMs, Ad Fill Rates, and Ad Loads a plus.Knowledge of the studio content distribution, particularly AVOD, marketing workflows, digital advertising trends, new technologies, digital media landscape a plusPassion for film, television, and media a plus
The anticipated base salary for this position is $36.06/hr to $45.67/hr. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
