Sr. Construction Accountant
to oversee all accounting functions and work closely with project managers and subcontractors to complete projects according to financial business goals and objectives. Key areas of responsibility will be -
Project Accounting, Contract Management, Job Costing, Budgeting, Financial Reporting & Audit.
Salary will be based on experience and meeting all requirements - Salary up to $115k plus health benefits, life insurance, retirement plans, profit sharing and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the accounting for multiple construction projectsFinancial Planning and Analysis Support for Project ManagersForecast Monthly Billing and Expense Projections for ProjectsMaintain accurate job cost reports and reconcile budgetsManage contracts, billing schedules, change orders and draw requestsOversee AP, AR and collectionsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportsIdentify areas for improvement and implement best practices, accounting software and systems to improve efficiency and accuracyWork closely with all departments to ensure projects are in good financial standing and managed well meeting all goalsRequired Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.8+ years of accounting experience & at least 5 years in

MUSTProficient with MS Office and
Advance
