At Foresight, the Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for directly matching clients for therapy services via phone, email and request form. You will drive the client experience from inquiry, client service setup, completion of necessary documentation, and handoff to scheduled clinician prior to the first appointment. You'll play a critical role in the success of the operations team and supports the intake team's contributions to company growth goals.
This position has a remote schedule of 9a-6p PST Monday through Friday from your home office.
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will:Directly support new clients in scheduling their first appointment through the phone, email and request formVerifying insurance benefits during the intake processEnsuring co-pay amounts are selected at time of intakeCreating portal accountsAssisting in answering phone callsWorking collaboratively with the Practice Management and Clinical Leadership teams to ensure proper utilization and schedule managementStrategic scheduling for new services when requested by the psychiatry teamWhat We're Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsBilingual in English and Spanish
requiredStrong computer skillsAssociate Degree preferredHealthcare experience preferredIntake experience strongly preferredMedical office and HIPAA experience preferredWhat We Offer:
