You will be working with our Executive Business Partner to ensure the smooth operation of the growing Executive Administration team and contribute to the overall success of the company. Nikkisos Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group is growing globally, and this newly formed role will play a key role in preparing business updates and communications for our parent company in Japan, our Executives and our Group employees worldwide. Additionally, this role will provide Executive Assistant support to key members of the Executive Leadership Team and will provide back-up support to the CEO as needed.Salary Range: $60,837 to $83,353Responsibilities:Work closely with Executive Business Partner and Executive Management team to prepare, review, and approve expense reports.Assist with calendar management, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and organizing meals. Prioritize requests and effectively manage time commitments. Ensure timely communication and confirmation of appointments.Assist with coordinating travel, including visa applications.Pull data directly from business systems such as Salesforce and ERPs to produce/prepare analysis and updates as necessary.Ensure accuracy of data and analysis through the application of validation techniques. Work with other parts of the organization to collect relevant information.Collaborate with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported.Assist the Executive Business Partner with project management tasks, including research, data analysis, and report generation.Assist in coordinating communication between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferredAt least 5+ years experience in conducting business analysis, or as an Executive Assistant, or in a similar roleExperience with Concur and Salesforce a plusExcellent written communication in English is required.Experience in working with international data a plusExperienced in general administration; executive support is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Intuitive; adept in anticipating the next step necessaryExcellent analystCollaboratorProblem-solverEfficient administratorDrives completionCan-do attitudeExcellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
