Applications include fueling stations, marine engines, peak shaving, power generation, virtual pipelines, and well stimulation.Responsibilities:Monitor quality procedures, perform in-process and final inspections.Develop and maintain company inspection reports through the manufacturing process.Inspecting equipment in accordance with quality and ASME BPVC Code standards.Ensuring finished goods and products meet and or exceed company standards as well as customer specifications.Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.Collating test data and drafting quality reports.Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.Prepare non-conformance reports as necessary.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Some college preferred.2 to 5 years experience as an Inspection or quality technician/specialist in pressure vessel and process piping.Understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.Experience in use of measuring devices. (Calipers, micrometers, welding gases)High-level of visual awareness and attention to detail.Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.Experience drafting reports and collating data.Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.Ability to stand for long periods.Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
