The Administrative Assistant position supports managers and staff performing general office duties which include inventory control, cash counting, timesheets, and other assigned tasks. This position will become familiar with a variety of the field concepts and must show the willingness and ability to perform various job assignments as needs may arise.

Answer phones and respond to customer requests.Prepare hours worked for payroll preparation.Handle paperwork associated with water samples.Monitor expense reporting deadlines and coordinate reimbursements.Provide local assistance for corporate Human Resources.Update vehicle maintenance schedules.Arrange for mail and courier pick-ups and deliveries.Maintain various operational reports such as cash collections.Reconcile local bank account.Maintain organization and cleanliness of office area and additional areas as needed.All other assigned tasks.Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Team player with positive attitude.Attention to detail and task completion.General office skills including filing, typing, and data entry.Efficient working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to answer telephone and direct calls as required.Basic understanding of account reconciliation, time worked reports, and inventory control.Competent with counting and handling money.Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.Capable of working required schedule.Education, Experience and Certificate:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Computer software certification is preferred.
