Summary You will serve as a LEAD QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST of NMCPAC CWD DET LEMOORE. Responsibilities You will provide quality assurance support for receipt, issue, and on/off-station shipment of all ordnance items. You will provide quality assurance (QA) services insuring that assigned programs adhere to established ordnance QA policy. You will ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team. You will serve as coach, facilitator and/negotiator in coordinating team initiatives and building activities. You will research, learn, and apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness and efficiency. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting quality assurance audits, evaluations, or surveillance of ordnance programs or processes to identify discrepancies or errors and recommend corrective action. Experience demonstrates a practical knowledge in monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services in quality assurance, inspection, production, or related areas.
