System Analyst IT Build Data Center Engineering

**Required Education/Experience**+ Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 2 years work experience to include at least one (1) year experience in IT Data Center industry. or+ Associate's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 4 years work experience to include at least one (1) year experience in IT Data Center industry. or+ High School Diploma/GED and minimum of 5 years work experience to include at least one (1) year experience in IT Data Center industry.**Relevant Work Experience**+ 2+ years experience in data center capacity management or infrastructure operations. Required+ Excellent oral and written communication. Must be comfortable and skilled at managing customer expectations. Required+ Must be flexible and able to work off-hours as required to support deployments, resolve production problems or respond to corporate emergencies. Required+ Able to communicate processes and give persuasive presentations. Must be able to interact with all levels of management and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Required+ Ability to manage multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting deadlines. Required+ Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security. Required+ An understanding of ITIL processes and vendor management. Preferred+ Strong understanding of cyber security principles. Preferred+ One (1) years supervisory / managerial experience. Preferred+ Hand-on expertise with ticket management systems and monitoring tools ServiceNow and Data Center monitor tools such as EcoStruxure IT Advisor, Schneider Electric. Preferred+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present concepts following analysis conducted. Preferred+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines. Preferred+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
