Responsibilities: Designs, builds and manages custom data pipelines and (ETL) processes in support of data warehousing initiatives. Populate data warehouses, data marts to meet demand for data across the organization using traditional data integration technologies including, ETL, and data replication/CDC. Drive continuous improvement in performance of data warehouses and partner with others across IT to ensure security of data. Provide on-call support for daily operations and analyze and correct incidents and defects in a timely and accurate fashion. Qualifications: 1 years of Data Warehousing Specialist experience or equivalent data role (e.g., Data Analyst, DBA) Knowledgeable in systematically applying logical reasoning techniques to query, inspect, cleanse, profile, and study data in structured, semi-structured, and unstructured formats for the purpose of deriving knowledge to support business decision-making and mapping data between source and target systems to support application integrations. Knowledgeable in SQL Programming with the ability to perform simple to moderate queries against relational databases in an efficient manner. Knowledgeable at provisioning and maintaining Enterprise Warehouses, Data Marts, and Fit-for-Purpose Marts using ETL tools and methods. Requires knowledge of relational database concepts, ability to conform data from multiple systems, and balance back to sources. Experience with DataStage is a plus. Knowledgeable at building conceptual, logical and physical data models which are visual representations of an enterprise's business data. Experience with ErWin or other modeling tools a plus. Ability to build and modify simple data models. Knowledgeable at defining and implementing processes to automate code deployment through the development life cycles using widely accepted tools (i.e., Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker). Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field or commensurate experience. Physical essential functions: ability to work 40 hours in an office environment (sitting, standing, on a computer, etc.), operate office related technology (computer, phone, etc.), travel as required.
