The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the company's culture and values, and the ability to collaborate effectively with talent acquisition partners, human resource business partners, and hiring managers. Responsibilities will include exposure to and handling of sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities:Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Facilitates position intake meetings with hiring leaders to determine position requirements and develop recruiting strategy.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.Maintain employee records and databases utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software to organize and update employee information.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate's skills, experience, and fit for available positions. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.Faciliate candidate outreach events such as career fairs.Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their applications and communicate feedback effectively.Maintain employee records and databases utilizing HRIS software to organize and update employee information.Welcome and host remote employees and other visitors to the corporate office.

Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experienceCourse(s) of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration

Experience: 3 - 5 yearsType of Experience: Experience working with a wide variety of people in a fast-paced organization, customer service

Must have strong verbal and written communication and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
