The Program Specialist/Residential Manager will be responsible for overseeing the residential operations and direct supervision of the Direct Support Professionals and Residential Coordinator in the assigned group homes. The Program Specialist/Residential Manager will also be responsible for directing a variety of cross-disciplinary services for residents in the residential settings inclusive of progress notes, ISP's / assessments, etc. as outlined below for the group homes assigned.
Base pay rate is $21.50 per hour. Final pay rate based upon experience.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Each Program Specialist/Residential Manager must have one of the following groups of qualifications and experience.
Must have one of the following groups of qualifications:Master's Degree or above from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism, OR,A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism; OR,An Associate's Degree or sixty (60) credit hours from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.Supervisory experience is preferred.Above average verbal and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to effectively and professionally communicate with others.Working knowledge of computer software applications to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet and other agency related applications.
