Advance your career and earn an incentive bonus as each certification level is achieved. Certifications offered for DSPI, DSPII, DSPIII, and FLS.$22.00/hrFull-time, including evenings and weekendsSupervise the assigned program and staff to ensure cleanliness of the home, scheduling and training of staff, and adherence to necessary regulatory guidelines.Transport and accompany individuals to appointments; follow up as necessary1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager is preferredJob responsibilities include an on-call rotation during evenings and weekends.Provide ongoing direct care of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism in a residential setting. This includes all aspects of personal care and safetyResponsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.Basic computer skills requiredMust possess a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
Education requirements
A Master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism is preferred; ORA Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; ORAn Associate's degree, or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; OR
A high school diploma or General Education Development Certificate and 3 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism
