Network Operations Center Technician II

Tier 2 NOC TechnicianWere seeking a skilled Tier 2 NOC Technician to join our Operations and Support team. This role involves providing 24x7x365 support, managing network and infrastructure issues, and working across teams to resolve problems within SLAs.Key Responsibilities:Monitor systems and network performance.Troubleshoot software applications, services, and network issues.Conduct Incident Management and reporting.Mentor Tier 1 staff and verify their work.Write system-specific documentation.Requirements:3+ years as a system admin, cloud operator, or similar.Experience with network troubleshooting and layer 1 equipment.Proficiency with Windows/Linux systems, cloud deployments (Virtuozzo, VMware vSphere).Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Ability to work shifts on-site and manage tasks independently.Preferred Skills:Experience with VMware, Virtuozzo, Windows Server, and Linux.Familiarity with tools like Puppet, Proxmox, Solarwinds, Jira, and more.Benefits:Medical, Vision, Dental insurance, 401(k).
