Responsibilities
Receive inbound retention calls from current customers in a multi-line call center environmentAccommodate scheduling needs of existing patients including future appointmentsMake outgoing confirmation and follow up callsMake outbound calls to patients to re-establish patient careEducate customers on membership features, offerings, billing and charges to retain customerAct with urgency to meet and resolve customers' needs and problemsDemonstrate knowledge of servicesEnsure customer issue follow-up is completed on time and accuratelyBuilds rapport and constructive and effective relationships.Expediently handle all problems, issues, and challenges with professionalismAdditional duties as requiredRequirements
Prior experience is a Sales, Telemarking and or Soft Sales Environment highly desired.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills1+ year(s) experience in call center customer service, customer retention, multi-line phone administrationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational, reporting, data entry, time management, and follow-up skills required.Proficient in Word, Excel, and Call Center systemsAbility to connect with people, empathize with them and offer viable solutions to their concerns.Must use decision trees and script flows as required.Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.Experience and ability to manage through rapid and dramatic changes.Flexibility in shifts/hoursRegular, consistent and punctual attendanceExperience in medical industry is highly preferred.Benefits
