Executive Assistant to the CEONew York, NYOn-sitePosition OverviewBe a part of a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people to reach their full potential through comprehensive youth development services. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEOs daily activities and overseeing the administrative offices operations while collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Executive OfficeManage the CEOs calendar, coordinate appointments and meetings, and assist with travel arrangementsCollaborate with the Executive Team and Senior Leadership on agency operations and assigned special projectsOversee administrative office operations and serve as a liaison for Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Development, Data, Programs, and Information Technology SystemsFacilitate administrative relationshipsAssist with agency-wide activities and event planningManage and support the CEOs daily affairsPerform other duties as assigned by the CEO and Chief of StaffQualificationsBachelors degree required3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a nonprofit organizationProven project management skills and excellent time management abilitiesSuccessful track record in roles that require creative and critical thinking, capable of thinking outside the boxExceptional organizational and interpersonal skills for diverse tasks and audiencesAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage multiple tasks, and take initiativeStrong work ethic and readiness to accept additional responsibilitiesProficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePointExcellent writing, speaking, and overall communication skillsManaging the CEOs complex calendarExcellent written communication skills since they will be communicating with the people on CFOs calendar i.e. high net worth donors, board members, etc.CompensationSalary: $65,000 - $70,000Robust benefits available
