Job Title: Registered Nurse Telemetry I Job Specialty: RN Telemetry I Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12 Hours Day/Evening/Night rotating Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Ability to read telemetric electrocardiogram strips Job Description: - Work in an Observation Unit handling patients and holding cases.- Provide care for a patient population consisting of adults.- Maintain a clinician-to-patient ratio of 4:1 or 5:1, depending on unit needs.- Utilize Epic EMR for charting, including ASAP and Clinical Documentation.- Engage in mandatory floating across units and scheduled rotating shifts.- Required to work every other weekend.- Be part of a new, state-of-the-art 16-bed Observation Unit.- Respond to census variations ranging between 10-16 patients.- Deliver medical/surgical telemetry nursing care.- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.Please ensure you meet the specified qualifications and certifications before applying.
