Weekly Pay Range - $2574 To $2859 Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Job Specialty: Therapy Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1 year preferred License: Physical Therapist License required Certifications: Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or approved for a medical/religious exemption Must-Have: Nicotine-free, no previous license suspension, willingness to obtain flu vaccine from September 7 - April 30 Job Description: - Diagnose and treat individuals of all ages with medical problems or health-related conditions - Develop treatment plans using techniques to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability - Work to prevent loss of mobility by developing fitness and wellness programs - Provide care in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, home health agencies, schools, sports and fitness facilities, work settings, and nursing homes - OASIS documentation abilities preferred but not essential - Potentially care for patients with COVID-19 - Will work in designated east region with mileage compensation for travel and may float to neighboring counties - All time off and scheduling requests must be included in the submission - Will not consider candidates employed as a permanent hire at any related facilities within the past year.
