Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Will work either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts between 6am to 7pm, including weekends and holidays as needed Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: - Experience with Epic- Willingness to float if needed- Ability to care for COVID-19 patients- Full COVID-19 vaccination required or approved medical/religious exemption- Commitment to a nicotine-free policy- No history of license suspension Job Description: - Join a dynamic Invasive Cardiology unit that includes 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs and 2 dedicated Electrophysiology labs.- Part of a team that completes over 6,000 procedures annually and offers advanced cardiovascular treatments.- Responsible for performing scrub, circulating, and hemodynamic monitoring duties with cardiac catheterizations.- Provide care and assessment to patients before, during, and after procedures, including procedural instructions.- Prepare and maintain all pertinent information related to procedures in accordance with professional and departmental standards and protocols.- Willingness to stay until the last patient is cared for.- Compliance with flu vaccine requirements from September 7 to April 30.
