Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 to $247,250. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.What you will doThe R&D Learning & Development Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our team's growth and success. You'll work closely with senior management to identify and address training needs, approve, and guide the creation or acquisition of innovative training programs, and ensure their effective delivery. Additionally, you will oversee enhancements to our training events, programs, and materials, and carefully review data driven recommendations to continuously improve our training initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Learning Development:
Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the R&D team.Building Capabilities for the Future:
Identify and develop essential skills and competencies needed for future R&D success.Innovative Learning Solutions:
Develop and implement cutting-edge learning solutions and technologies to enhance the R&D learning experience.Effective Decision Making:
Utilize data driven insights to make informed decisions about learning and development strategies.Performance Measurement:
Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of learning and development initiatives on R&D performance.Global Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with global R&D teams to ensure learning programs are relevant and impactful across different regions.Budget Management:
Manage the learning and development budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 10-12 years of related experience in adult learning, instructional design, learning technology enablement, and learning administration.8+ years of experience in R&D or building capabilities in R&D.University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Desired Qualifications:Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.Passion for learning and development and staying UpToDate with industry trends.Proven ability to work with and lead complex, global teams.Ability to translate business and technical strategy into innovative and impactful learning and development strategies.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.Excellent business acumen and ability to develop insights to inform talent solutions.What’s in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 to $247,250.
