Job Overview - HR Consultant (Organizational Effectiveness):Our client is seeking an HR Consultant specializing in Organizational Effectiveness for a temporary role in Middlesex County, MA. Partnership:
Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to align organizational effectiveness initiatives with business objectives.Organizational Design:
Analyze current structures, identify gaps, and lead the redesign of roles and reporting structures to support future business needs.Development:
Facilitate training programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and driving workforce engagement.Management:
Design and implement change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvement.Program Enhancement:
Continuously update and improve programs based on metrics, outcomes, and industry best practices to foster a high-performance culture.Qualifications for the HR Consultant:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.Experience:
5+ years in Talent Development, Change Management, or Program Management, with a focus on consulting or organizational effectiveness.Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Other:
Adaptable in fast-paced environments, with experience in implementing new processes and technologies.
