Job Overview - HR Talent Analyst:
Step into an impactful role as an HR Talent Analyst with our client’s growing team in Middlesex County, MA, where you’ll analyze organizational design and provide actionable insights. In this temporary role, you will help realign the structure to meet evolving business needs.
Compensation: $40/hour
Location: Middlesex County, MA
Responsibilities as the HR Talent Analyst:
Data Analysis:
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess current organizational structures and analyze workforce data to drive organizational effectiveness.
Design:
Support the design and implementation of new job roles, reporting lines, and team configurations to meet strategic objectives.
Reporting:
Develop and present reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key trends, metrics, and recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR partners, department heads, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR and organizational design practices and recommend actionable changes.
Coordination:
Assist in managing organizational design projects, ensuring timely and successful completion while tracking milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications for the HR Talent Analyst:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
2-5+ years in an HR Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HR and Organizational Design (project management experience is a plus).
Skills:
Proficient in data analysis tools, advanced Excel, data visualization, and experienced with HRIS systems.
Other:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
