Compensation Range $34.58 - $42.86 Hourly Rate Job Description Summary: Work closely with various teams within Talent First to gather, analyze, and present data for strategic decision-making purposes. Oversee and manage data visualization platforms and all associated data integration and related dashboards. Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Manage and oversee a comprehensive list of surveys, reports, KPIs, and processes for Talent First Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, organize, clean, and analyze data, and produce actionable insights Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data Organize and manage HRIS reports in partnership with the HRIS team (both end-user reporting as well as Talent/HR personnel reporting) Develop and maintain central HR and Talent reporting, dashboarding, and presentations for the entire organization, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of data and information Serve as the main contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution for HR and Talent data and reporting Manage HR/Talent data visualization tools and partner with the Business Technology team as well as external vendors on issue resolution, changes, and new needs/requests Lead projects related to HR/Talent data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Provide training and support to HR/Talent personnel as well as business users on HR/Talent data, data tools, and reporting Ensure compliance with data privacy and security measures Identify and fix any errors or discrepancies HR and Talent related data Implement best practices for data analysis and reporting Complete other responsibilities as assigned. MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Management, or other Business related discipline At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or related field (preferably HR-related data) Knowledge of HRIS platform(s) - Workday experience preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively - statistical data analysis skills a plus, but not required Strong data visualization skills - experience with Power BI dashboard creation Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HR and Talent Management practices and principles Advanced knowledge of security and data management SUMMARY OF BENEFITS This role is eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), individual stock ownership, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, bereavement leave, employee assistance program, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, basic term life insurance and AD&D, business travel accident insurance, short and long term disability, financial wellness coaching, educational assistance, Care.com membership, ClassPass fitness membership, and DashPass delivery membership.
