POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESManage and oversee a comprehensive list of surveys, reports, KPIs, and processes for Talent FirstCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, organize, clean, and analyze data, and produce actionable insightsCollect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative dataOrganize and manage HRIS reports in partnership with the HRIS team (both end-user reporting as well as Talent/HR personnel reporting)Develop and maintain central HR and Talent reporting, dashboarding, and presentations for the entire organization, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of data and informationServe as the main contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution for HR and Talent data and reportingManage HR/Talent data visualization tools and partner with the Business Technology team as well as external vendors on issue resolution, changes, and new needs/requestsLead projects related to HR/Talent data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiativesProvide training and support to HR/Talent personnel as well as business users on HR/Talent data, data tools, and reportingEnsure compliance with data privacy and security measuresIdentify and fix any errors or discrepancies HR and Talent related dataImplement best practices for data analysis and reportingComplete other responsibilities as assigned.MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Management, or other Business related disciplineAt least 2 years of experience in data analysis or related field (preferably HR-related data)Knowledge of HRIS platform(s) - Workday experience preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively - statistical data analysis skills a plus, but not requiredStrong data visualization skills - experience with Power BI dashboard creationExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and conciselyDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrityAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of HR and Talent Management practices and principlesAdvanced knowledge of security and data management
