Snelling is looking for a Sign Production Assistant at a busy company on the South side of Grand Rapids.1st shift, 6am - 4:30pm M - F, occasional Sat work as needed.$16, temp to permResponsibilities of the Sign Production Assistant:
Follow a layout to place vinyl or full color prints on a predetermined substratePrepare substates for vinyl application (may include cutting, laminating, cleaning)Weeding excess vinyl that was cut on plottersQuality pre and post productionReading & interpreting work orders & proofing for errorsLaminating, cutting and mounting printed productsOperate equipment in graphics department (large printers, computers ect)Maintain equipment,Help load,store and inventory graphic materialClean and maintain departmentRequirement of the Sign Production Assistant:Previous experience working with vinyl signsPrevious experience laminating, cutting vinyl, weeding, mounting vinyl, ect.Knowledge of windows operating systemValid transportation - not on a bus lineClear background and able to pass a drug testExperienced candidates should apply now for immediate consideration by submitting a resume to [email protected]
