Job DescriptionInfina, Ltd. is seeking a motivated professional Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! This position will be responsible for writing and executing test plans for government applications, as well as gathering requirements for upgrades to existing tools. The Software Analyst/QA Specialist will play an integral part in the project life cycle and work closely with development team members, project managers, and the client throughout the Dev-ops process to prepare for each production release. Duties & Responsibilities: Work directly with a collaborative team of developers, designers and project leads to build custom solutions for our customer that includes responsibility to:Write Test PlansExecute Test PlansDocument requirementsExecute testing within an Agile software development lifecycleAttend daily scrum meetingsPerform backlog groomingCreate and update Jira ticketsTrack software bugs and document user/customer feedback within Jira ticketsConsistently deliver thoroughly tested, high quality, on-time releasesAnalyze user needs, generate new feature requirementsStay up-to-date on automated testing, technologies, and trendsProvide accurate level of effort estimates for testing software releasesQualificationsMust have a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related areaExperienced with front-end technologies, especially HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and jQueryThorough understanding of UI/UX principles and industry best practicesExperience with AWS or other cloud computing servicesExcellent communication and troubleshooting skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsMust be a permanent US resident (Green Card Holder) or US citizenAdditional InformationInfina, Ltd. is an equal employment opportunity company.
