Insight Global is hiring Desktop Support Technicians to provide 24/7 support to internal employees who are providing support to those affected by Hurricane Destruction. This technician will be required to work on-site in the requested location, and will be supported by the organization for housing. This team receives around 50 tickets a week, through Zoho Desk. It is required that this person is proficient in the Microsoft Suite, is technically savvy, and most importantly flexible with travel as this is a boots on the ground role. Candidates should be made aware they will undergo a full background check and drug screening upon joining the team. The expected working hours are Monday - Friday 40 hours a week 8-5 EST, with 24/7 on call support.
