A bit about us:Based in the Levittown PA area, are currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate QC Director to join our dynamic team in the scientific industry. This exciting role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to lead and shape the quality control department, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our products and services. The QC Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality control systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the scientific industry, with a strong focus on biologics development.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's quality control policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Lead and manage the quality control team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Review and approve quality control reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in product quality and compliance with standards.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the quality control department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure that all testing and inspection processes are carried out accurately and efficiently, and that all results are properly documented.
- Attend and participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in quality control and Medical Affairs.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to ensure the quality of new products and services.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential quality control issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role in the scientific industry, with a strong focus on biologics development.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards, as well as local, national, and international regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of quality control and Medical Affairs.
