Director of Food Services

Overview

Our company is seeking a Director of Food Services to manage the foodservice program in a single site, providing leadership, support, and guidance to ensure food quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the foodservice program
• Maintain records of income and expenditures
• Train and in-service staff to meet company standards
• Communicate effectively with client managers and building occupants
• Ensure safety standards and guidelines are met

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
• Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred
• Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required
• Two years of experience in food production and personnel supervision desired
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
• Must live in the service area
