Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Lorenz & Lorenz, PLLC. As a Legal Assistant Paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including legal document preparation, communication with clients, communication with insurance companies and medical providers and defense counsel, and document review. This role is based in Austin, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to go to law school in the future or who wants a career in the legal field. You will get real hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree OR
• Three plus years as a Personal Injury Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal software and technology (We will train if no experience)
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Starting pay is $22.00-$25.00 per hour!
