Program structure:
Duration/Schedule: Full-time during the summer months; part-time during the school year.Start Date: May 2025.Hybrid flexibility: 1-2 days a week in the office.What we're looking for:
Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Business Analytics or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Ability to succeed in a team environment.Ability to handle multiple tasks.What you'll focus on:
Create Tableau visualizations following governance standards and processes.Suggest potential improvements and new solutions for reporting and analytics to address business needs.Collaborate with business subject matter experts and analysts to provide accurate analytics and visualizations in a timely manner.Assist in various steps throughout the BI Report Creation process such as information gathering.Help ensure that all existing dashboards align with current governance standards.Participate on teams of Digital and business process experts to enhance business processes through the delivery of technologyInvestigate and learn business processes to refine business requirements for technology solutions.Communicate and document requirements, solutions, and project status to business process experts and Digital personnel, according to internal process standardsSupport end-users in day-to-day application troubleshooting
