Apply now and be part of a team where your work truly matters!Program Structure:Duration/Schedule: full-time during the summer monthsFully OnsiteStart Date: Summer 2025What we're looking for:Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Ability to succeed in a team environment.Ability to handle multiple tasks. Preferred experience:Experience working in a manufacturing environment.AutoCAD experience. What you'll focus on:Participate in all aspects of engineering including process assessment, production controls, Continuous Improvement, design, and reporting/analysis.Assist in other projects and function as a resource for other team members.Learn and apply engineering concepts to improvement projects.Updating layouts: regularly modifying and refining engineering layouts to incorporate design changes, improvements, and updates.Making custom parts for machine equipment in SolidWorks - design and create custom parts tailored to specific project needs.Project management: keeping track of project timelines, resources, and deliverables. #LI-AF1#LI-Onsite
